Social Security Deadline

Social Security will no longer be sending payments via paper checks as of September 30th. 

Payments will either be deposited into a bank/credit union account or onto a prepaid debit card. 

Log onto your My Social Security account to manage your deposits or go to www.usdirectexpress.com if you don’t have a bank/credit union account. 

According to Social Security, electronic payments are faster, more secure and more convenient.
