2025 Projected Social Security COLA

The Senior Citizens League is forecasting a 2.5% cost-of-living-increase for 68 million Social Security recipients. 

This means the average monthly benefit would increase by about $48 to $1,966. 

However about 20% of the $48 increase would go to an increased Medicare Part B premium of $185 a month from $174.70.
