A Durable Power of Attorney for Asset Management (POA)

In case of incapacity and you are unable to manage your financial affairs, this legal document informs everyone who you’ve appointed to handle your affairs for you. 

The “Powers” section of the document details what they can and cannot do. 

The POA is in force while you are alive but ceases to be in-force at your death.
