Homeowner’s Insurance Tip

A couple of clients have recently asked me whether their home would be covered under their homeowner’s insurance policy if it is titled in the name of their living trust. 

Both property and casualty brokers I consulted recommended adding your living trust as an Additional Insured on your homeowner’s policy.
